To further enrich the employees' leisure cultural life, enhance team cohesion and solidarity, and stimulate the work enthusiasm of striving bravely and daring to break through, Zhejiang Anji Hengchang Chair Industry Co., Ltd. recently organized all employees to visit the Anji Firefly Valley Outdoor Camp for an outdoor team-building activity themed "Breaking Through Self-Limitations, Uniting Team Edge". Colleagues from various departments of the company temporarily left their busy workstations and gathered at the valley camp surrounded by green mountains and lush grass. In a series of collaborative projects that combine fun and challenges, they joined hands and went on a summer adventure about collaboration, trust, and honor.

Itinerary

I. Get ready and set off · Break the ice and start the journey

In the early morning, all employees gathered at the designated location and boarded a bus to head to the Anji Firefly Valley Outdoor Camp. Laughter and chatter filled the air along the way, as everyone was full of anticipation for the upcoming team-building journey. Upon arrival at the camp, under the guidance of the coach, a relaxed and enjoyable warm-up interaction and ice-breaking group formation quickly broke down the barriers between departments - familiar colleagues regrouped in new identities, and temporary teams emerged, setting the stage for the upcoming collaborative challenges.

II. Team Santa - Building Cohesion

In the classic collaborative project "Team Santa", all team members gather in a circle, each pulling multiple control ropes to collectively control the hook and precisely stack colored blocks. These small blocks embody collective effort; every inch counts, and tacit understanding is essential. Through repeated attempts and tacit adjustments, everyone deeply realizes that one person can move quickly, but a group can go further.

III. Fruit Link · Fun Racing

The "Fruit Link" project pushed fun and collaboration to a climax. With straw hats forming a maze and apples as the command, team members worked in pairs, holding apples and darting through the straw hat maze. It was a competition of speed, but also a test of tacit understanding and trust - every apple passed on embodied the silent encouragement and tacit cooperation of teammates. The laughter and shouts echoing in the sky above the grass became the most beautiful ensemble of this summer.

IV. Handcraft Time · Unique Craftsmanship

In the afternoon, some employees chose to return home for rest and recuperation, while others stayed behind to participate in the handmade crafting session. Under the guidance of professional instructors, everyone personally mixed materials, decorated green plants and sandstones, transforming transparent glass containers into miniature ecological landscapes with unique personal styles. Each carefully crafted workpiece not only reflects practical skills but also serves as a beautiful testament to the team members' interactions and shared creative moments.

V. Peak Showdown · Win-Win Together

The tug-of-war final pushed the atmosphere of the entire event to its climax. The players from both teams gripped the hemp rope tightly and lowered their center of gravity, while the cheers and encouragement of the cheerleading squad echoed through the valley for a long time. Beyond the outcome, what was even more touching was the look of everyone gritting their teeth and giving it their all for the team's honor. In the end, the champion team lifted the trophy symbolizing glory - with the eight characters "working together, winning the future" as the best footnote to this team building event.
